Fokus Asset Management A/S has hired Carl-Johan Collet for a newly established position as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). Carl-Johan becomes responsible for the future investments in properties on behalf of our present and new clients just as he will contribute to the development of new fund products.
Carl-Johan Collet has an MBA from INSEAD, a HA from the University of Virginia and more than 18 years’ experience within the property industry and investment banking in both Denmark and abroad. Among previous positions are Associate Director in Catella Corporate Finance in Copenhagen and Head of Nordic Region in BlackRock (former MGPA) in London. Latest Carl-Johan has concluded employment in Zambia where he has held several leading positions within property investment and urban development.
“After several years abroad my family and I look forward to returning home to Denmark and the Danish property market.
